Terms of Service

By using Scout XI ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.

2. Account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and a display name that is not offensive or impersonating.

3. Acceptable use

  • No cheating, automation/bots, exploiting bugs, or manipulating results.
  • No harassment, hate speech, or offensive lobby/display names.
  • No attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

4. The game

Scout XI is a skill-based football data game. Player data reflects public football statistics and is provided for entertainment. There is no real-money wagering and in-game points/wins have no monetary value.

5. Access & payments

Access may be granted via promotional codes. Any future paid features will be processed by Stripe and described at purchase. Payments are currently in test mode only.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code and branding belong to the operator. Football names, clubs and statistics belong to their respective owners and are used for identification/informational purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of statistics or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: bertanbayrak@gmail.com.
