Refund Policy

Digital product, immediate access

Scout XI access is a digital product delivered instantly. When you purchase, your account is unlocked immediately. By completing the purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you therefore lose your statutory right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m) and equivalent rules).

No refunds

Because access is granted immediately and in full, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable mandatory law.

Exceptions

If the service is materially defective or you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case and, where required by law, provide an appropriate remedy.

Gift purchases

Gift codes are non-refundable once generated. An unredeemed gift code remains valid for the recipient to use.
